Description
Stores a value in the user data area of a dialog.
Syntax
nValue = DIALOG_SetUser(hwnd, lIdx, lValue)

The previous value stored at lIdx position

Remarks
Programmer can store for each dialog up to 4 32bit numeric values. Those values can be used to store any needed data.
This function is the equivalent of DIALOG SET USER ... statement.
