Description
Returns a value in the user data area of a dialog.
Syntax
nValue = DIALOG_GetUser(hwnd, lIdx)
Returns

The user defined value stored at lIdx position

Remarks
Programmer can store for each dialog up to 4 32bit numeric values. Those values can be used to store any needed data.
This function is the equivalent of DIALOG GET USER ... statement.
