Virus on downloading again

Just downloaded https://www.thinbasic.com/projects/t...c_1.12.0.0.zip

Received the following when un-zipping;

Microsoft Defender then deleted thinBasic_1.12.0.0.zip from my system.

Yes it is a continuous fight for false positive.
Petr and me are trying to solve the situation in various ways but it continues to come out.

Here the problem seems related to InnoSetup version we are using.
