I was thinking it would be good to be able to change the period that the PeriodicFunction is called during execution.
So if I set it up with 20ms then want to have it called every 500ms I cant do that without scrapping it and setting it up again from scratch

I know the hWnd parameter might seem irrelevant for the moment, but what if TBGL will support multiple windows in the futureTBGL_ChangePeriodicInterval( hWnd, Interval )
