Problem / thinAir / Remove me from disk

Hi Roberto,

another issue easy to fix.
When I select "Remove me from disk":

- the file is still open in IDE
- when I start thinAir again, it complains the deleted file does not exist ( probably related to the first )

I think the "Remove me from disk" could be renamed to "Delete file" too, but that is not important.

Hi Petr,

I left the file opened only for ... security reason, I mean you have the last chance of save it again.
Unfortunatly if the IDE is close leaving a file opened the odd behavior appears.
