    Hi kryton9,

this was first demo of TBGL skeletal animations abilities,
you can still download it here - TBGL017Preview_2.zip

The animation is very basic, I just animate one set of bones, and render the model multiple times. All mantas share the same animation, this saves speed. This demo was quite a trouble maker in old TBGL, due to some frame sync problems it produced weird output from time to time on Eros PC. This problem is fixed in current TBGL now.

All models are done in thinEdge, submarine mostly using "Sculptor/Create rotated shape" with some axis scaling, mantas are just few polygons and stones are also just rotated thing. Terrain was designed using ... terrain assistant with modifiers

    Re: Mantas video

You need to clone yourself Petr, have one clone work on thinEdge code, another clone on thinEdge video tutorials and .... well you get the idea on all your other projects Very cool demo!!

    Yes,

clone would be handy. But imagine - I had to buy a new PC to each of the clones, find them place to sleep and throw them some food from time to time
