Conceptually rich sci-fi space drama. Highly recommended!

Hi Petr, - all good chess players, and characters of a scheming disposition speak russian english :).
The first series of Journey into Space was broadcast in 1953 and David Jacobs (playing Host) was in the original cast. He is now 81. And the producer, Charles Chilton is now over 90 years old! - They must go into suspended animation between series but the themes in this story are very topical, particularly the idea of Singularity, which is the threshold at which computer networks become more intelligent than humans.
There isn't a sequel next week but I'll watchout for the next adventure.

It was interesting to listen this radio play, I liked it. The English was not that difficult, so suitable even for not native speakers.
