In order to see all the HTML5 demos you have to be running one of the Beta versions (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html) of Firefox like v3.5 Beta 4.

John, I get the same error on that one too. In the list of apps they give which browsers are needed for each demo.
