I was looking through e-Bay for server equipment, and stumbled upon a used, (Still under warranty.) google mini-server for $150.00, Plus shipping and handling.

Looks like all it needs is a standard power cable, and network cable. A KVM and boot-drive might be needed also, for initial setup. But the thing operates fully from a web-interface, like most routers do.
