I think it is maybe script, check out last post here (http://community.thinbasic.com/index.php?topic=1470.msg16239#msg16239) - very similar nonsense ( maybe just "test" )

2 user banned by name, email, ip, host name.
I will always ban such users and delete their messages.
I just cannot be on line all the time so I will do as soon as I get it back.
