Hi,

gameTrailers website published short "documentary" about early Star Wars games, I did know only one of them ( that with vector 3D graphics ).
Although the video is longer, a bit talky, and game action starts from about 25% of it, I recommend to check it out (http://www.gametrailers.com/player/31944.html)

Have fun,
Petr

Nice video, I can still remember playing the Star Wars Arcade game on my Spectrum. :D

That was cool, I am sure :)

For my Spectrum I have only 2 tapes, both with czech an slovak software.
From both I managed to load something only once, it showed pretty cool intro bitmap and then ... I got tape error :D

But Spectrum is nice machine indeed, I like possiblity to define own "font", which can be used for some nice pseudographics.

Bye,
Petr

Thanks for the retrospective. I forgot all about all of those. The only one that jarred any memory was the very first game :)
The arcade one with sit in cabinet looked like one I would still enjoy today. Wow that one kid did 54 hours on 1 credit, amazing.
He is the "Last Star Fighter".
