Hi folks,
I wonder what kind of graphiccards my motherboard (Gigabyte OEM 8TRS400M for ACER) supports?
The slot looks like PCI-E but a label on the graphiccard (ATI x700 SE) says AGP. ???

The card is a PCI-E and so is the motherboard (its marked just above the slot )
I think they put the wrong sticker on the board.
This is an AGP card

Hi,
I think Abraxas is right, it is PCI-E.
PCI-E slot cards has straight "golden" lines on the part which is put in the slot, while AGP ones have more complex contacts.
See AGP here (http://i.pricerunner.com/prod/15_7_2_13_276270l/ATI_Radeon_X700_Pro_256MB_DDR3_PCI-E_DVI_TV-OUT.jpeg)
