I came upon a great site of space ships from famous shows made in blender. Of course with Mike's great script you can export and bring them into thinBasic and have a blast :)

On the left you will see other categories too for great ships and models!!

Hi kryton9,

very nice models, someone spend some time on making them :)
I haven't seen "USS Grissom" till now, interesting monster.

i was playing with the Delta Flyer from voyager, i always loved that ship. Anyways I added some lights to the render to get reflections from the blue and reds, wow it turned out really nice. Almost like out of the tv show.

So if you guys render, make sure to add lights to match where glow will be and adjust the light energy values to get nice amount of reflections.

You need to add a camera and lights as far as I can tell so far from the few I looked at.

Just click your mouse, left mouse button, to move the cursor where you want. I do this first in the top view, 7 on caculator number keypads.
Then I press 1 or 3 to get a front or side view and left click again to place the cursor.

Then for camera, be in front view, 1 on the number keypad. Press Space bar to bring up the menu, then select add camera. It will aim towards the model since you are looking from the front.

For lights do the same thing, but add them from the top, then they point down.

Happy rendering!!
