Uploading files

Eors, I get this error often when uploading:

Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.
Please consult your server administrator for more information.

It usually appears for anything over a meg or so in size. Below the attachment section it says we can upload up to 10 megs. Could the settting not be matching the message?

It is a PHP config timeout I have setup. I will change it to be little more.
I have scheduled a web and forum renew for next week so I will try to implement it during that period.

It links to some forum in slovanian-type language.

It is a SMF package that detect user OS and Browser during message posting and write it to the post just below user avatar. I've removed it right now. Too much privacy "stolen"
