TAB Alpha Release 24

Hi,

Wanted to get this out as soon as poss to fix the graphic problem on XP - so not much really changed..

* FIX. Images not displaying properly in WinXP for "graphic_demo.tab"
* Graphic games can now use .bmp, .jpg, .gif and .png image formats
* Images now displayed in Listview controls instead of Label controls
