Latest OpenGL headers for thinBasic

Hi,

as previous version of headers was just "partly functional"
( which I discovered only thanks to Matthews deep investigation ! ),

please use new headers attached to this post.

They should be much more clean and usable than old version.
Just put them in thinBASIC "Inc" directory.
