Login Problem

For some reason I must login twice each time I come to the forum before it takes.

this strange behaviour happens to me from time to time too.
I solve it by reseting the cache of web browser and sometimes even restarting computer after this.

Hi Roy,

yes, it happened to me in the past in 2 cases:
[list] using an old version of ZoneAlarm (it adds some code in every web page you navigate if personal data protection is turned on)
when I was logging in from 2 different machines at the same time.[/list:u]
In both cases, cleaning temp internet files and deleting cookies, solved the problem.

Hi again Roy,

I've found something strange when I login in thinBasic and than navigate into your web sito forum. If I'm logged into your forum, when I go back to thinBasic I'm logged out.

I think there is something wrong with cookie setup of phpBB forum. I think from my side. I suspect I have to setup a cookie name different from standard one. This can explain some of the strange behave you have mentioned.

I will have a look and give you back.

OK,

I've changed cookie setup adding "www.thinbasic.com" domain into cookie config. If you will not be able to login again, please delete all cookies from thinBasic web site and login again. It should work.
