WebHelp or thinbasic.chm

The thinBasic web help seems more up-to-date than the thinbasic.chm file.

I've used the HTTrack Website Copier (https://www.httrack.com/) to create a local copy of the online thinBasic Help Manual (https://help.thinbasic.com/index.html).

I was not aware of the differences,
until I started comparing the web pages to the thinbasic.chm pages.

My fault
Sometimes I update online help at https://help.thinbasic.com with new features I'm still working on.
Next release I will sync.
