I tried to retrieve my password from my old account but wasn't able to. All my email adresses which I could have used, are unknown by the site.

When you have problems regarding the retrieval of login details, the site offers a message box to let the admin know. 2 messages I have sent were ignored. :-/
A tagged post on Twitter(X) was also ignored.

As this site lacks the required informations regarding how to access your rights regarding the GDPR, I ask now here again, where do I sent an email to, so it won't be ignored again? Your Contact Us feature seems to be broken or you deliberately ignored me.

Yes definitely not working: seems no mail is sent or sent to a wrong destination.
I need more time to investigate

I've changed "Contact Us" link to a mail link "mailto:support@thinbasic.com?subject=thinBasic Community Contact Us"

Tested Recover password link knowing your email and is working fine.

thank you for looking into this. Any email adress I enter and is currently known to me, is not known by the forum, I can not request it.

Could you please give me a hint, like

co****t@fa****gl.***

This way I could determine which one I have used.
