Buying a new tablet!?

Hello everybody,
I'm looking for a tablet with about 10 - 12 inches, which should serve as a small laptop replacement for my wife.
Currently, it uses a Sony notebook from 2011 with Core i3 with 4GB RAM, main applications: stream Amazon Prime Video, surf the Internet, Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word), sort photos and create photo books.
It should have:
Possible Windows 10
The most beautiful would be a device with LTE function, it is not a must.
At least 1920 * 1080 resolution
At least 3GB RAM
Keyboard must be connectable and a USB port should be present.

No, at first it's not clever and on second look IT IS JUST AN ADVERTISEMENT.
The author is probably not even married nor does he own a laptop because he's a poor malaysian employee who must post 40 to 50 of these every day to earn like 5 to 8 dollars/euro

I ALWAYS check first posts of new users and usually delete them and ban permanently users making explicit advertising posts.

This seems a little less invadent, very specific, posted in the right subforum and in any case related to technology.
So ... I will leave it and see.
