Youtube says that content is not eligible to be seen in my country :(
it happens to me sometimes also, perhaps if you google for youtube hipchat you will get some results
to me the add is quite amusing as it illustrates in a funny way the seeming obsession of management to have meetings.
also you might try the proxy server https://hide.me/en/proxy it gives you options as to what country to be in.
