Based on a model for developing film (I used the data from Ilford (UK) - fitted into an exponential function )
Standard the developing times for film are given for 20°C (Kodak sometimes uses 24°C too).
But the environment where you work may disagree on this -- this is a tool calculating the corrected time.
The thermometer bmp may look as a gadget , but the intention is to add a °F scale so this prog can be used in countries not using the Celsius scale (often the countries not using the metric system).
