i begins to be so sensitive to the computer noise, i have added a 150 ohm resistor to the positive of the geforce 210 fan wire so to reduce its rotation to the minimum, and since i don't play games more than mario wich cause the most temperatures in the gpu so it works. and i am using NvTempLogger http://www.guru3d.com/article/nvtemplogger/1 to warn me if the temperature reaches more than 55 C,
i posted before about using big heat sink without a fan http://www.thinbasic.com/community/showthread.php?11360-my-new-Graphics-Card
but i have found from testing 2 cards that it works inside the desktop case as heaters , there are in the mainboard chemical capacitors wich are sensible to extra heat so using such heat radiators are not good.
also my cpu fan are vibrating without hearing its vibration directly but by making a resonance to the case the vibration amplified, i have to open the case slightly to prevent the resonance which i have recorded a small specimen wma file download it here __ (https://sites.google.com/site/zak31415/Home/comp_noise.wma) (set sound vol to Max)
i begins to realize that the most perfect solution for the computer noise are by using the water (or liquid) cooling , such an example look here http://www.zalman.com/eng/product/Product_Read.asp?idx=183 but again it has a pump inside the cooling tower (i like its shape).
for more info and other water cooling products search youtube "cpu water cooling", and when you buy a water cooling product you must be sure that it is suitable for your mainboard socket so to fit the cooling copper block over the cpu exactly else it is useless.
