Check this (http://gigaom.com/apple/get-portal-free-on-steam-until-sept-20) out. The original Portal can be downloaded on Steam for free until September 20th.
Thanks Matthew, I only tried a demo. It will be nice to get this one!

Highly recommended, I finished it in one gaming session, hungry, thirsty but happy :D

It took me a bit longer to complete Petr. :D
It looks like I'm going to have to keep playing it on my Xbox instead of my Netbook. After I tried walking through a portal on the PC version the game crashed as my graphics card had run out of memory.
I am really enjoying it. Doing it in chunks. You feel like you are smart as you do each level, I like that. I love the crazy computer too.

I am happy to see you got into Portal Kent, you are right the feeling of completing the chamber is rich on endorphines :)
