New forum option: activity stream

I've added a new community forum option module called "Activity stream"

What it does: displays a stream of activities by users.
There are two "streams":

Friend Activity Stream (Inside User CP/Under Navbar)
The more "friends" you will have in your profile, the more this option will be helpful
User Activity Stream (Inside Member Profiles)
