Milestone definitions allow to define date for which something has to be done?

Yes, Petr.

You can create Milestones (more than one active at the same time)
Every bug, feature or task can be assigned to Milestones at whatever time
When all assigned activities to a Milestone will be completed, the Milestone will be considered completed.

So far I have created a Milestone for thinBasic and thinAir that refer to next version.

If you want one or more for TBGL, just let me know.
