i have installed it yesterday , by downloading it from here.... (http://files2.thegamecreators.com/darkbasicprofessional/free/DarkBasicProOnlineFree.zip)
its size 239 MB, it depends on directx and not opengl, and can't be upgraded to the latest upgrades.
what i hates about compilers is that it takes time to compile so it is not suitable for testing and re testing. if every compiler have an interpreter counterpart then it is good. so the user can test with the interpreter, and publish the final release using the compiler.
