right click on the desktop --> new folder --> name it to:
SuperMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
you can replace SuperMode by any other name.
double click the new icon, and the full functions of the control panel will appear in a long list , like this:

working also with vista 32 but can crash the system in vista 64
