Im fan of Star trek and here is my favorite song

Its one of those songs that you find yourself singing when the titles are playing.

When I lived in Ohio, I had 2 good friends that own a comic book store and one of them specializes in Sci-fi items and is a super fan that has incredible eye to detail and memory. I too liked that song and my friend told me of the big controversy in Star Trek circles how hard core fans hated that song, That Star Trek shows don't have lyrics and are only instrumentals they would argue. I never even noticed, I always associated Kirk's monologue with the title song in the original series.

I also loved the opening sequence visuals with Enterprise. It is amazing how tantalizingly close we are to such a wonderful sci-fi reality. They cancelled that show when it was getting so good. You had all of the characters fully developed and the arcing story lines all coming together into what I am sure was going to be an incredible season, perhaps some young fan of the show will finish it off one day, it deserves a better end than what it got.
