Please install ignore feature for this forum

Hi Eros,

could you please install an ignore feature for this forum. That would be highly appreciated.
At least user based. But if it could be configurized for certain words or word combinations, that would be even better. This would make the whole thinBASIC experience much more easier for me.

I would like to see the ads removed before adding censorship related features.

Fyi, that would be only possible, if a topic clearly states about what it is. If the topic will be hijacket with offtopic statements, what is someone gonna do then?

And I see these ads as a good thing as Eros is running here everything for free. At least this way and by the donations he gets, his cost will be covered a little bit.

Go to: Profile > Personal Message Options > PM ignore list.
Add the name in the big box.

Posts of ignore users will be visible with the following text: "You are ignoring this user. Show me the post."

please consider the fact that if few users would ask to do the same, forum would be a mess full of holes and nonsense. Just stop posting if you do not like to be here anymore.
In any case if you really would like that, I will do.

It was not active that way but this morning I installed a new package that use the same filter also for posts.
I think it can be acceptable.
