where is the problem to run web apps ?
on windows you need for example wamp
(Apache, PHP, MySQL, PHPMyAdmin)

all modern linux distros are ready to run web apps.

or you mean it's to complicated setup an apache and SQL admin ?

if so don't trust this click and run servers
often it isn't a problem for an good cooder/admin to hijack your app.
