Stan Blank's Book Conversions

I started this thread after messaging with Stan. It will be nice to have all conversions and request for help in one place related to the book.

In case you just came upon this thread,
The book is "Python Programming in OpenGL- A Graphical Approach to Programming" by Stan Blank.

These conversions are from the Stan's book downloadable in pdf format from this link:

I posted in sticky post the original PDF, and added some rules for creating the adaptations, to keep the orientation in it simple... at least I hope :)

I also moved there Kent's posts and arranged them little bit to follow the rules.
