Description
Sets the acceleration for an UpDown control.
Syntax
UpDown_SetAccell(hWnd, ctrlID, nAccels, PtrToFirstAccell)

Remarks
Restrictions
In case array of UDACCEL strucures, elements should be sorted in ascending order based on the nSec member.
