Description
Returns a string that is the concatenation of the UDT elements as string.
If UDT variable is an array, it is also possible to create a "quadratic" string similar to a CSV file structure

sBuffer = UDT_ElementsData_Join(Udt [, sColumnSep [, sRowSep]])
