Description
Set a new absolute memory address to a variable previously declared with AT Address option.
Syntax
OldAbsoluteAddress = SetAT(VariableName, AbsoluteAddress)
Returns
Number, the previously absolute address.

Remarks
Attention: this function will return and set a new valid address only if the specified variable was DIMensioned using AT Address option.
