Description
Returns the text effect present at current caret position.
Syntax
nEffect = RTF_GetEffect(hWnd, ctrlID)
Returns
Number
Possible values: %CFE_BOLD, %CFE_ITALIC, %CFE_UNDERLINE, %CFE_STRIKEOUT. Combination of more effect at the same time are possible.
