Description
Shutdowns or restarts a computer.
Syntax
n = PC_ShutDown(sComputer, sMsg, nReboot, nNumSec, nForce)
Returns
Return a number
If the function fails, the return value is zero.
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
