Description
Extracts hour from string containing DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS or HH:MM:SS patterns
If used without parameter, returns current hour directly.
Syntax
n = Hour[(DateTimeStamp)]
Returns
Number in range 0..23

Remarks
Restrictions
The passed DateTimeStamp must follow the mentioned signature, otherwise incorrect result can be returned.
