Description
Decrypts data with a designated algorithm.
Syntax
s = Crypto_Decrypt(sText, sPassword, nAlgorithm)
Returns
String.
The decrypted data.

This functions is based on Microsoft's PROV_RSA_FULL Cryptographic Service Provider Type.
