Description
Draw a single pixel.
Syntax
n = Canvas_SetPixel( [STEP] x1, y1 [, rgbColor])

Remarks
The coordinate point is specified in the same terms (pixels or dialog units) as the parent dialog.
If the STEP option is included, the x1 and y1 coordinates are relative to the last point referenced (POS).
